Connexxion Notice of Sale – April 2018

We are proud to share some incredibly exciting news. In April 2018, Connexxion’s shares were acquired by Australian IT service provider FTS Group.

The great news is that all of our clients will continue to receive exactly the same quality service that we have been providing since we began working together. The only difference is that we now have a range of new capabilities and skillsets to serve you even better.

Put simply, now as part of FTS Group, we are confident that we can meet all your business IT needs.

Who is FTS Group?

FTS Group is a group of seven IT and professional technical services companies (now eight, including Connexxion), that collectively employs 382 staff across the country. It is the third largest privately owned IT and professional technical services company in Australia.

FTS Group already owns a majority stake in three other major players in the Canberra market - KoBold, SME Gateway and Veritec. You can find out more about FTS Group by visiting www.ftsg.com.au.

Veritec and Connexxion

Many of our customers already know of and work with Veritec, and it’s great that we are now able to jointly deliver even greater value to our customers. As of 1 July 2018, Connexxion will be operating under the Veritec brand.

What does the integration mean for you?

The integration will provide you, our customers, the ability to leverage Veritec’s extensive Canberra presence and access to our large pool of experienced and specialist resources. This includes; access to more people and tools with a deep range of capabilities, skills, IP and methodologies. As an industry leader in providing cloud-based application, platform connectivity and modernisation outcomes, Veritec also continues to develop and extend its broad expertise in integrations for its public-sector clients.

What won’t change?

It is important to us that there is little interruption as possible to your current contracts and ways of engaging and working with Connexxion. As such, Connexxion will remain a trading entity under Veritec and there will be no changes to the ABN nor to panel deeds and agreements. The same dedicated Connexxion employees you work with today will remain as your main points of contact and we will work with you and them to ensure the process and approach to delivering valuable outcomes will not have an impact on the services, technology or support you receive from us.
